In order to proceed efficiently with your application, we require the following original documents from all tenants.
We do not charge any administration fees.
We require a £500 holding deposit in order to stop marketing the property you are interested in. The amount will be deducted from the first months rent.
We require 1 months deposit and 1 months rent payable before you move into the property and all outstanding matters have been cleared.
Tenants have own responsibility unless otherwise stated in contract, for Utilities, council tax, communication services, TV Licence etc.,
All tenants and Guarantors (where applicable) will be subject to a reference and Credit Check before the tenancy commences. The checks include:
Clear funds for the deposit and the rent in advance, must be provided to Sequence Properties ltd prior to starting the tenancy agreement.
Initial payment can be paid by Banker’s Draft, Building Society Cheque or Cash. If the tenant wishes to make the initial payment by personal cheque, we require five clear bank working days before the funds are cleared by the bank and credited to Sequence Properties ltd account
Money will be refunded to tenants usually by Sequence Properties ltd by cheque or bank transfer. This will be agreed between the Sequence Properties ltd and Tenants.
